With today’s economic issues every buddy’s pockets are tight so for a average home user it would be senseless to go out a pay $70 on a image editor when you can get  close to the  same features if not the exact same features from a free online image editor site! That a costly image editor provides.

I tried ScribeFire and for some reason it took up more time when writing blog post using the wordpress editor, but I could see its advantages when promoting the blog post itself.
I really like the wordpress.com sidebar, I have found it to be rather helpful and fast. Never heard of Splashup, its wont work on my linux so I’ll have to try that when I get home, it looks nice though. Thanks, I really like the FireShot, I was definitely needing something like this.
Zemanta looks enticing, Teck you just gave me a good reason to waste time testing out all these addon :D

Hello Sensico Glad you like the post & found Zemanta enticing!!! I also would like to thank you for bringing
the WordPress.com Sidebar to my radar in the forums a couple of weeks ago. I tried Deepest Sender (Firefox Extension)my self & found it to be a little like the blogger editor so I deleted it & started using Scribefire

So, I posted using Zemanta and I love it. sorry if this was already posted on one of your links but do you know how to post more then one photo that Zemanta provides under the edit post section. Everytime I click on another photo to add, it replaces the first photo I added. I was just curious if you knew.

        Hello, Sensico:

To answer your question I set the preference
setting to clean xHTML by choosing
this option the editor will allow you to drag and
drop the photos as well as use the WordPress
image editor to further edit the image.

you can find the preference link at the
bottom right of the Zemanta widget
        while in your WordPress editor.

    Hi Tech,

I stumbled upon your site and picked up some valuable tips. I just linked my name to my blog and downloaded an installed Zemanta; I like it. I’m new to blogging so thanks for all the goodies here.

Question for you, if you have time. I have a tag cloud on my right hand sidebar and viewed with Firefox, it looks fine, some tags are way bigger than others which is good, some are a little tough to read, but nothing drastic. But, viewed with IE7, there are big gaps of white space and many tags are on top of other tags making them unreadable. Any ideas.

Thanks again for the great info.
    Cheers,
    Maggie

I heard recently that IE7 has just been getting worse with the
issues that have come up in the last six months with WordPress your best bet is to use Firefox.
